[+] New Dialog Designer added.
    Features:
    - Controls multiselect;
    - "Main" selected control highlignted by RED squares at its
      corners. You can choose another "main" control from selection
      by pressing left mouse button;
    - Align and Size menus included in Dialog Designer popup menu
      (align left, top, right or bottom; grow/shrink width/height
      of selected controls);
    - Copy/Paste controls into current or another dialog.
    - Moving of all multiselected controls feature added.
