The best way to purchase our products is to get online registration through a third party secure billing services provided by ShareIt (Cologne, Germany), or Plimus Inc. (San Diego, CA). Both of these services also offer you offline ordering options - by phone, mail, fax, wire transfer and many other payment methods. To place an order by mail, fax or wire transfer use the online form and then choose one of the payment options you may find in the Payment option section of the form. After registering you will receive the registration information within 48 business hours by e-mail (actually in one hour or even less in working hours at GMT+3). We don't provide refunds or exchanges.

Alternatively, companies with purchasing departments that do not use credit cards usually use Purchase Orders.

What is "Subscription", and how do I upgrade to the new versions?

As a registered user you obtain a right to get free software updates during 12 (twelve) months since the date of your purchase if you have purchased a license with Subscription, and 3 (three) months if if you have purchased a license without Subscription. This includes both minor and major software updates in appropriate time period.

After the end of this period you're welcome to Update Subscription Renewal, that allows to get the new versions and free software updates for next twelve months.

Please note: You can use the version you got after purchase for any time you want, without any time limitations. In short, the word "Subscription" is equal the phrase "One year of free upgrades, but you can use the product without any time limits".

What are Commercial, Business, and Personal licenses?

Commercial License: Grants the right to use the product with the right to distribute the results of such using to third parties.
Business License: Grants the right to use the product only for internal business purposes without the right to distribute the results of such using to third parties.
Personal License: Grants the right to use the product only for personal non-commercial, non-business, non-government purposes.

What is a single user/developer license?

In case of single user license MicroOLAP authorizes Customer to install and use Software by the Customer only, by one designated user. Additional Licenses are required for additional users using the Software.
