DAC for MySQL version 2.7.0-beta3 is available for testing

Version 2.7.0-beta3 (December 1, 2008)

There was a lot of job done to support Delphi/C++Builder 2009 (Tiburon). Full Unicode processing
is supported now. Another major change is separation of design-time code and run-time code. So
there are 2 packages (design-time and run-time) are installed for every IDE now. EXE-file can be
compiled with run-time DAC for MySQL library now.

Changes history since 2.7.0-beta:

[!] Designtime code separated from runtime code

[+] Internal TCustomMonitor class renamed to TmySQLCustomMonitor for better package compatibility
     with other packages.

[+] TmySQLDump.DisableUniqueChecks property added.

[+] Result set refetched only if affected rows exists after modify now.

[+] Non-ASCII table, index, column names are supported well now.

[+] TmySQLDump, TmySQLMonitor components adjusted to work with Unicode data.

[-] Several AV-bugs fixed, performance improved.

[+] TmySQLDatabase.ChangeUser() method added
