HNPSManager

HNPSManager is the core component of Packet Sniffer SDK library.

It is responsible for the Packet Sniffer SDK library initialization, namely it loads Packet Sniffer SDK internal packet driver, collects information about network adapters, and creates HNAdapterConfig objects for each network adapter in the system.

On closing the application HNPSManager releases system resources used, and unloads internal packet driver.

It is necessary for your application to create only one instance of HNPSManager.
