If the function succeeds the return value will be the value of the flag of using filters for UDP
traffic capture.
Description:
Use LbAdpGetUseUdpPortFilters to get HNLBAdapter.UseUdpPortFilters property value.
If LbAdpGetUseTcpPortFilters value is TRUE, then HNLBAdapter object registers new data transmitted by UDP
for the local OS taking into account filters set for UDP traffic
(see LbAdpAddFilterUdpPort).
Please take into account, that new data transmitted by UDP will be registered only if
HNLBAdapter.CaptureUdp property is set to TRUE.
To change HNLBAdapter.UseUdpPortFilters property value please use
LbAdpSetUseUdpPortFilters function. Default value of
HNLBAdapter.UseUdpPortFilters property is FALSE.
