Use ISQL Command window to write, edit, and execute your SQL script and Data Window to navigate, edit, filter or export table data. Please see SQL Commands reference for details. 
Press Ctrl-J and Command Insight listbox will appear. Select the command you want to insert and click on it.
Certainly, you can type all what you want manually too. 
After you insert command into SQL script text and press Space, Tables Insight listbox will appear. Select the table name you want to insert and click on it.
Also you can insert table name by RightClick and selecting Pop-Up menu Tables item. 
Your SQL script will be executed on F9 key. Now you can navigate, edit, filter or export table data.
You can save this SQL script if you'll need to use it later.
