The Data Grid View allows you to view, update, insert, or delete data in a table. You can open a table in the grid view by double-clicking the table in the Profile Window or clicking the Data View button in the Table Designer.

The main part of the window is the grid, representing the table data. The columns correspond to the table fields and rows correspond to records. The in-place editors of the columns accord to the data types of the appropriate table fields. If table field is a child field in one of the profile relationships, its editor will be a drop-down list with all available values.
The upper pane of the grid allows you to navigate between database tables and queries, to open the selected table/query in the new window, to reset all customization made to the grid, and to close the current page.
The group-by box allows you to group the table data by the selected columns. Just drag the column to this area to create grouping.
Clicking the column caption sorts data by the values of this column in the ascending or descending mode. The arrow-button at the column caption allows you to filter data by column values. You can also change the size and position of each column, and customize columns in other ways by right-clicking at the column caption.
The navigation bar allows you to switch the records quickly, update or delete records, refresh data, or open the data filter dialog.
The lower panel allows you to set the selection limit for the table and to navigate between the limited segments of data.
The popup menu of the grid allows you filter data in different ways, to cut, copy, paste, or delete grid rows, print data using current filtering and grouping, export or import data, insert a sub-grid for the table, and more.
The left side of the window contains groups of objects, available for opening in the data grid view: Tables, Queries, Favorites, History, which allow you to open other database tables, select-based queries, favorite and recently used tables or queries respectively.
