The Relationships designer is intended for graphical representation and management of profile relationships and native InnoDB foreign keys. To learn more about relationships in DBACentral for MySQL please refer to the Relationships topic. To open the Relationships window, open the profile and select the Tools | Relationships main menu item.
DBACentral for MySQL supports two types of relationships: profile relationships, which work only in DBACentral, but irrespective of MySQL version and table types, and native relationships - physical database constraints, which require MySQL v4.1 or higher and linked tables to be of InnoDB type. The working interface is the same both for physical and logical relationships.

The Relationships diagram as shown on the picture above, displays profile and database relationships between tables as links between tables. Profile relationships are drawn in black, and native relationships are drawn in blue. Note, that this diagram does not necessarily shows all the existing relationships - it shows only links between tables, placed on the diagram. To put all existing relationships on the diagram, select the Show All Relationships item from the diagram popup menu. To put all database tables on the diagram, select the Show All Tables item from diagram popup menu.
Adding two tables on a diagram shows relationships between these two tables, if such exist, and allows you to create a new relationship. To add a table to the diagram, select the required table in the list at the left, then double-click it or drag it to the diagram area. The selected table will appear on the diagram with the list of its fields (note that you can show or hide field types, using the Show Field Types popup menu item). To remove a table from the diagram, close it by clicking the button 'X' at the table caption. Note, that removing a table from diagram does not delete table relationships.
To create a link between two fields, simply drag one field from the table and drop it onto another one. This action opens the Relationship Editor dialog, allowing you to adjust the link properties, and either confirm or cancel the link creation. To view and edit properties of the existing link, double-click the link, or select the Edit Relationship item in the link popup menu. To delete a relation from a profile or a database, right-click at the link and select the Delete item from the popup menu.
Click the Print... button on the toolbar to print the relationship diagram. Click the right-arrow of this button to tune the printing options through the Page Setup dialog or preview the printable diagram before printing.
All changes made to relationships takes effect only after the Apply button is pressed. If you want to discard all changes and revert to the last saved relationship design, click Revert.
