A. Please do the following:

Close your IDE if it is running
Uninstall all installed versions of PostgresDAC
Find and delete PostgresDAC*.bpl file, where "*" is your Delphi/C++Builder version
Install PostgresDAC with installer of registered version downloaded from http://microolap.com/my/downloads/
